3.5.15 Final

At long last, PHPX 3.5.15 has been released.  You can download it over at the Project Page.  If you are already running a Release Canidate of 3.5.15, only update the files, no need to run the installation/upgrade script in the /doc directory.

Ah finally great job Xnuiem I'm updating my install now Smilie

EDIT: There's 2 empty lines on the end of admin/includes/
db.inc.php these cause a header allready send error. You
can remove these without any problems.

yep. fixed a few minor things. If you havent noticed any issues, dont worry about it and just update with the next release.
