PHPX 3.5.15 RC3

PHPX 3.5.15 RC3 is ready for download & testing. ftp://ftp.phpx.org/phpx-3.5.15-upgrade.tar.gz
Please remember this is a release canidate. It has been tested and is pretty much ready to go, but there may be little bugs out there. Nothing major, but it is possible. There are some serious changes on the backend, the new editor being the most obvious one.

This is the last of the Release Canidates, the next release in about a week will be the final version of .15

Added a new gallery admin page, updated a few errors I was getting, and it should fix your smilies in the vox box issue.

Have to delete the long file names in /admin/logs and then re-login. A mutli-file upload.

Nope, that isnt part of the plan at this point. 3.6.1 should have it, but 3.6.0 will have to happen first.
