PHPX 3.5.14 Relased

Ok, I can't apologize enough for the mess the last two releases were due to poor testing on my part. I have now released 3.5.14 which should be a good release. I did test its installation and upgrade, so all should be good.

So, if you are brave, head over to the Project Page and download yours.

I'm sad the host of Ghezus.com is in safe_mode... I asked them to turn safe_mode off so i can move sites.
